Today the Innovative Schools Project (ISP), that the Royalton Education Foundation works closely with, brought the news to two of Royalton's teachers that they were selected as 2024 ISP Innovators of the Year!
ISP supports educators in Region 5 (Cass County, Crow Wing County, Morrison County, Todd County, and Wadena County) and typically selects one teacher from the northern part of that region and another from the south. However this year they were so impressed with two of the nominees that they decided to offer them both the award! Not only that but they both are from the same school district!
This years award winners are Dr. Mathison and Mr. Koenig! Dr. Mathison teaches Spanish and Mr. Koenig teaches English!
